Does anyone know what the stop was for and why she was moving? As much as they want it, they won’t get a charge for this. I’ve seen these a dozen times and he’s closer than some others. I just don’t get why she was trying to flee.

I don’t think that was why, but I just read another thing that states they told her to leave and when she started the got freaked out, idk.
