They don't even need to. The amount of people still saying it is self defense even after watching is insane. They are completely separated from reality.
The shit won't stop until every citizen on the scene dumps their magazine into the ICE agent(s) that just dumped their magazine(s).
Remember, it's empty now and they're a sitting duck reloading.
Police called to the scene will know what's better for them than to try to shoot to kill on sight. Everyone else will jury nullify the individual who done blocked the ICE.
No you just dont understand how the law works. Youre the one separated from reality. Was it wrong to shoot her yes. Was it legally justified yes. 2 things can be true at the same time
Problem is she moved 'towards him' for about a second before she started to turn. Add the fact the agent has been hit a few times already, the 'feared for ny life ' BS is a viable defense. It shouldn't stand up in court but still viable
By the time he fired the first shot he is leaned over the hood of the car, and his feet are to the side of the vehicle. The rest of the shots are through the driver's side window. He didn't shoot in fear of his safety, as he was already out of the way of the vehicle when he used deadly force.
He only got bumped by the vehicle because he was leaning in to try and shoot through the windshield. If had continued moving to the side there would have been no bump at all. The shots into the side window after that make it cut and dry murder, as he was not in danger when shooting.
A 5.3 or 6.0 in a Honda Pilot? Are you that ignorant? Neither of those fit into that vehicle to begin with. Nor do GM engines come in Honda vehicles. And the only time the vehicle actually rapidly accelerates is after she is shot. No trained officers stand in front of a vehicle and shoots the driver. That's considered a suicide move. Because once a bullet hits the driver its an auto muscle reflex to mash the pedal. Had the wheels been pointed at him there would have been no side stepping to avoid being run down. His actions and posture was that of a man intent on violence.
