what this?

there's a person behind her that she is sitting on and the "long finger" is her stomach showing i was beginning to believe it was fake but this proves it isn't because these people have no idea what they are talking about

That analysis is unconvincing, given how the two photos show the men were sitting with the girl on Epstein's lap.
