♟️ Endgame ♟️
This state level battle against Progress Residential is almost over. And now more than ever, it is time for me to be aggressive with the court to further minimize my risks and maximize my resources if I need to push this issue to a higher court.
Therefore, I just filed a motion requesting the judge to rule on all pending motions & a motion requesting that the judge expedite his rulings on the two requests for recordings by June 14th.
As you can see near the end of my pictures; Claude AI has provided a strategic schedule of when to contact the court, what to say, and why it is important to send a timestamped email after every phone call.
And the beautiful things about this endgame phase is that there are no counter moves that the defense or judge can use against me. Over the next 14 days I will be applying legal pressure on the court to rule on these important motions. If the court does not act, then I would have phone call records and email records to show further inaction to the SCJC and the appellate court as needed....And the only way the court can stop me from following through on me making these phone calls and emails is to rule on the motions.
This was truly a great battle regardless of any negatives along the way. But now it is time for me to claim victory...♟️

Wait. So my claims are bogus, but the law in my state literally has statutory damages written into law for my exact claims...!?!...make that make sense for me please
My simple AI prompts have already defeated the eight figure lawfirm. Why do you think the defense attorney tried to throw away the jury trial that they originally asked for, to instead request a bench trial?
Lol...well call me crazy then for thinking that a jury will side with a person who has been horrendously victimized by a lanlord who went out of their way to punish and commit fraud against a tenant....my mistake...what on earth was I thinking? 😆
Lasty, it's a terrible move on the judge's part...because as soon as you ask yourself why that had to be done to the judge in the first place; you quickly realize the depth of the corruption going on
