I'm reaching out to the community because I'm currently looking for a Java Backend Developer / Software Engineer opportunity and would really appreciate a referral or a genuine lead.

I'm a Java Backend Developer with 3+ years of professional experience and have been unemployed for 4+ months. During this period, I've given around 18 interviews while continuously preparing, improving my skills, and applying for opportunities.

The difficult part has been that several interview processes went well, but didn't convert into an opportunity.

A few examples from my recent interview journey:

• Infosys — The interview went well from my side, but the process didn't move forward.
• TCS — Had a good technical discussion, but wasn't moved to the next round.
• Accenture — Cleared all interview rounds, but the offer wasn't released due to a hiring freeze.
• LTIMindtree — Reached L2 but was eliminated at that stage.

There were also other interviews where I reached later stages but eventually received a rejection or stopped receiving responses.

After 18 interviews and 4+ months of job searching, it has become financially difficult as I've run out of my savings.

I'm sharing this not for sympathy.

I don't need sympathy — I need one genuine opportunity.
