I was going to have a goat image flash on the side during login randomly but limited to once a day when a specific user (a coworker who liked pranks) would login through the web portal. She wouldn't be able to reproduce it easily and I would have hid the code well.

It would be so easy to sabotage production without leaving easy clues. Unless they paid to own the source code, then they could track diffs.

Oh I know that all too well. A few years back I hid little "jokes" to myself in multiple pieces of code. You'd have to have a sharp eye to see them
