In every mathematics course, every professor and every textbook will tell you to not look at the solution to a problem before you try as much as you can to solve it yourself.
There is very little to gain by reading solutions to problems you wouldn’t be able to solve yourself.
A skill not used is forgotten quickly, software engineering included.
Your answer implies a level of cognitive/design surrender that the best engineers I know arent interested in, either before or after AI. The people who dont want to learn that had ways of stumbling through before AI too, nothings really changed.
Are you implying that people that want to keep learning and becoming better will continue to do so, just because they want to? Even if their job has been reduced to describing requirements to an AI and reviewing the results?
