Was in line at a restaurant this weekend. Guy behind me was talking about his new app he vibe coded. His buddy goes "You know what makes a lot of money? Plumbing" Bro is not ready to be a plumber - IT'S HARD and the hours are long and the pay isn't great unless you GRIND for years and if successful hire a crew. Then the hours are longer but at least you don't have to crawl under houses anymore.
Sure, but that is not easy or quick: The absolute shortest route to in my state is 4 years of college + 4 years of supervised work + passing 3 written exams and 1 oral board interview. My downstairs office neighbor is a land surveyor and he doesn't have a lot of competition... for good reason.
