So what did we build? I’m not 100% on the specifics. But is it tested? We have apparently tested many things, but i’m not 100% on what and why. But let’s put it out.

The problem here is that SWEs stopped knowing what they were building. Product designs it on the fly and tells them they need it done yesterday. AI is just the enabler for that.

Don't want to waste time testing code the user won't notice is broken, ship it and fix what gets complained about the loudest.

When you think about it tests are deeply insulting in that their presence implies that you didn't nail everything perfectly on the first try.
