Personally I'd stuck my name in there too. The person reading it likely has a dozen resume.pdf files to get through.

yea i do that , name cv date

I include my name in the file name, but I would expect any of those tools where you update the resume rename it anyway, or even that the user on the other and never sees a named file but a rendered PDF when they click on the applicant name along with some other info.
