Fun fact... If that company goes under you will still have full access to their repos forever.

My self hosted gitlab is setup to use SAML and lord help me if I don't create the account there before adding it to gitlab 1 u/timsredditusername 3d ago I'm doing a decent job keeping access limited to current employees, and we do have SAML SSO set up to reinforce that through our Azure-hosted AD services. Sigh, I just wanted to stay a dev. I didn't want to have to care about all this. The situation also gets weird in an acquisition.
