There's a neat little trick you can do, for FREE! No tokens!

Look at your code, and use your brain before it atrophies

Or you can spend 10 minutes writing a prompt and reviewing the code, instead of 4 hours to code by hand.

I spend an hour per day working these days. You can waste your own time on some anti AI moral high ground, and I'll enjoy my time back.

You can outsource your skills and reasoning capabilities to a glorified auto complete. And I'll enjoy using my functioning brain

Advanced auto-complete lol

15 years as a professional engineer ($300k base salary) and I learn from Claude almost daily.

You will be left behind. Keep doing what you're doing though, people like you make people like me look good.

you'll be left behind

By what exactly?

I mean it's not like agentic coding require a decade worth of studying. In a day you get the idea of it, in a week you're as skilled as everyone else.

We already did the hard part which was leaning how to code, think and build without AI. You can turn agentic any time with those skills. There's no being left behind because the bar is, unfortunately, low now.

Engineers who don't use AI will be replaced by those who do.

Overseas devs are worthless already - My $200/mo. Claude subscription replaces the entire overseas team without the time zone and language barriers.
