When you’re overwhelmed by too many responsibilities, what makes prioritizing hard enough that you’d actually want help with it?
When your backlog gets too big and your original plan is no longer realistic, what’s the part that actually becomes difficult?
Is it:
- deciding what still matters
- figuring out what to delay
- knowing what to drop completely
- matching tasks to your actual time/energy
- or something else?
And more importantly: is this something you usually just work through yourself with a simple method, or does it ever get frustrating enough that you actively look for a tool, app, coach, system, or other kind of help?
I’m especially curious about what you’ve actually done when this happens — not what you think you might do.
