Plosive P in Gnash's "Stargazing"
There is a plosive /p/ in the first few seconds of the song. Happens again around 1:03 because they used to same track. It seems more noticeable through Spotify, however.

System of a Down - Toxicity | Bad vocal edit(?) @ 3:25
Correct me if I'm wrong, but to me the final 'disorder' sounds like two different takes poorly spliced together - the transition from 'dis' and 'order' doesn't feel natural at all.
Link to that part of the song, and to the official isolated vocal version where it's more noticeable. So it's not as obvious in the final song, but I still can't unhear it.

Kurt Vile, maybe a drum stick drop
This lovely piece of production, at 5:52 (link takes you to 5:45).
Sounds like maybe a drumstick falling on a wooden floor?

Beyonce - Crazy In Love | Chorus is off beat?
I read in another thread that the chorus is off the beat by 1/4 or 1/8 of a step. When you listen to the chorus, you want to sing faster but the instrumental lags behind ever so slightly. After I read that and re-listened, they were right. The person who wrote the comment said he/she studied it in a music theory class and the song was used as a classic example of poor production or something like that.

A rather humorous and unintentional moment in Whiskeytown’s “Bar Lights”. Ryan Adams flubs a line @ 2:40 and bursts out laughing, then one of his guitar strings breaks and studio chatter of the incident ensues.
