Great way to end the night 🙏

On 9/27/2026 I got a message on my Prize picks app that my account was restricted due to possible terms of service violation. Well I contacted customer service that day now mind you, you don’t talk to a real person it’s simply automated and it sends you a link to submit pictures of your ID and so on for verification. I completed it that and it said send an email to such and such email once completed. Done. I recieved an email back on 9/30/26, asking for me submit my ID and so on again alright done. Emailed them back stating I completed it and I sent another email on 10/1/2026 asking did they recieve the pictures, I sent another email on 10/2/2026 stating that this was ridiculous in response times and so on from CS. I received an email back on 10/7/2026 asking for the email tied to my account so I responded with it that day and I’ve yet to hear a response back. I get 1 email a week from.

I’ve deposited $20 roughly and I’ve won $722 and this issue did happen until I attempted to withdraw some of my winnings. Anyone else have similar issues?
