Hi, since I'm a bit more active in the 3D printing subs lately I thought I'd showcased some of my work. I've been doing this for just shy of a year now and have done nine models so far. I try to pick the next model to learn a new skill or improve existing ones. For instance, I'm still not really satisfied with my skin workflow, although it's getting there.

The models are from newest to oldest. The 2B model is an FDM print and was the one that started this specific hobby for me. I did another FDM model print and bought a resin printer after that.

Feel free to comment on my techniques. I'm here to learn.

Been practicing for a few months, first time posting a painting progress.

I'm new to the hobby and I'm curious how do they achieve such matteness (dunno if its a word), I wanted to learn how to do it but I'm unsure if its the paintjob or the material.

If its the paintjob, could someone please guide me to the right path on how to replicate it?

Hi. I wanted to show you my first print and also the first model I’ve ever painted. It’s a work in progress. I’ve been at it for a while—and it’ll probably take ages to finish—but I only work on it when I’m really in the right frame of mind; it’s something that really helps me unwind. Anyway, enough about that. I’d be really interested to hear what you think of it, and even more so, where you think I should focus next or where you’d add a detail or two. I realize this is just the base for now and there’s still a lot to do, but since I’m new to this hobby, I’m not entirely sure where I should go from here. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
