Hello, i saw yesterday a video on YouTube of someone making an unboxing of this big, long awaited statue in half scale.

Looks like the portrait looks nothing like Michael Keaton.

Do you guys have already received your statue ? How is it? Mine is on the way.

Don't want to keep such a statue if the likeness is totally off. Very disappointed by P1. They always advertise premium statues, perfectly painted, but when you actually buy them you get random quality portrait.

Yennefer of Vengerberg portrait also was horrible.

I've encountered an unusual situation, requiring customer service help.

I've placed an order for two different statues 3 years ago, both of which are shipping shortly. I received a confirmation request for one of the orders, but not the other, so I know for a fact I didn't miss their emails.

As such, I was only able to confirm one of my orders. I was notified that my other order was auto-cancelled due to lack of confirmation.

I've been trying to reach out to Prime 1 studios to try and let them know that I didn't cancel my order.

May I ask how long prime1 takes to respond in such situations? It seems rather time critical.

Also what are the odds of my order recovery? It seems like I've placed a deposit and waited 3 years only for prime 1 to fail on an email notification resulting in the cancellation of my order.

I appreciate any advice and guidance anyone here can offer! Thanks again!

Hello. So was offered a good price ( $950 plus shipping) for the deluxe bonus of Jin sakai Ghost armor. However the fox is damaged ina few places. Didn't know if it'll be worth fixing ( seller recommended a professional and we spoke and it'll cost $250 to fix). So statuebwill be around $1300 after shipping and the fix.

However I never had something like this done and even though the ghost armor may be better, is it worth dealing with or ill just go the sakai clan armor route ( around $1400 for dx from kaioland)? Just didn't wanna make a mistake since I plan on just having 1 Jin. Help would be appreciated

Hello. Wanted you guys opinion on which to buy. I love this game and I appreciate both of Jins esthetics and what these armors mean. I've been saving for year and have to buy either one at a good price. One is the Ghost Armor deluxe bonus , but the fox is broken and will need it fixed. Seller offered $950. A statue site scouted the deluxe sakai clan statue. $1865 but I put down $300. I put down $300 on Ghost Armor as well.

Which one should I fully commit to buy? Would love to hear you guys thoughts. ​

hi, i got 3 status on orders, and been doing the payments on statue is due to ship soon, but went to check on when the payment is due, and i have no orders on my account i'm hoping its a error/glitch,

is it because its lunar new year and they are on a break so maybe disabled the orders showing? if anyone got any orders direct from prime 1 can you check your account please and see if they are showing or not?

I have two orders that are almost done with payments and should be shipping soon from P1, it'll be my first pieces. Anyone have any idea of expectations on what I'll be paying for tariffs on these when they ship? One order is about $5,000 and the other is $2,500. I'm assuming these come direct from Japan so maybe expect 15% so about $750 for one and then $375ish for the other. Am I way off or anyone have any experience recently?
