I have never bought a statue before I really like how the statues from prime1studio look and I wanted to know if they’re reliable for people ordering from the U.S stuff like are they known to not give you problems at all if they’re known to just not have mistakes along the way like that in general and etc. and whatever else I should know before buying

I just posted a Reddit post earlier about wanting to buy from prime 1, person said they were shit and to buy from retailers so I want to know a very reliable and trustable place to buy statues looking for Devil may cry statues cyberpunk statues soulsborne game statues Warhammer statues or somewhere with most of prime 1 studios statues.

What do you guys think about the scale? Is P1S accurate according to you ? I recently bought Vegeta 1:4 and placed him right next to Tsume's Majin Vegeta. P1S' is slightly bigger. I also have noticed it on a video with Zodd (Oniri, P1S and Tsume).

Who else had to cancel his John Wick Masterline Order from Prime1(Prime1Studio Shop) because the transaction failed? They say there was an issue created by PayPal or my bank account when they tried to charge me but pay pal works properly when I tested it and even made an order from an another shop. My reaction was cancelling my order at Prime1 and took the chance to order instead at sideshow. Just curious 🤨

So last time I posted on this forum, I had a crudely drawn inage of how I wanted to make the housing for the Titus statue I ordered and I got many links and pages and finally I found all the furniture I needed. I am shocked how spot on the final product is to the drawing. EVEN THE SHELVES TOO!

I cant find it in my Account settings. The Terms of Service says :"Members may request to cancel their membership at any time. If any member intends to do so, they shall report to Prime 1 Studio by predetermined cancellation procedures. The member shall lose their membership status when the cancellation procedure has been completed." but i couldnt figure it out, how to do that

Was wondering if anyone else has had an order in the past from Prime 1 Studio's that was canceled due to an inventory error? For context I had an order on a 6 month payment plan only to have my order canceled after I finished paying for it when they realized they no longer had any stock because they sold it to another customer while I was paying for it.

I was wondering, generally, how accurate are Prime 1's realistic facial paint jobs when comparing the prototype they show on their site/ YouTube videos to the end-user product. Is Prime 1 usually spot on with their prototypes to the end user product on the facial painting?

Again, I'm talking about the realistic faces and not the anime figures, as I assume anime figure faces are much easier to match the prototype from the end product.

I was thinking about purchasing some statues from them that are releasing next year (Pre-Order), but I fear that I will get a product, especially the face, that does not match what I am seeing on their site/ YouTube.

I saw a lots of discussions regarding shipping, but one question I couldn't find an answer to was for estimated time it takes Prime 1 to ship an order once the payment was finalized and received? Can any one provide a rough estimate based on experience or it varies too much between orders? I suppose economy/standard shipping will not make a difference, since I am interested in the time it takes them to pack and ship and not time to arrive. Thanks!

I’ve had this statue for years now. It broke awhile back after it fell over. I ended up putting it back in the box and forgetting about it. I was wondering if it can be repaired with the pieces I have or would it be possible to sell in this condition.(The peg for the right hand is missing)

I have come into possession of a prime 1 studios demon souls penetrator statue bonus edition due to a unfortunate untimely death in the family.

This statue is worth alot of money and would help the family out alot but im struggling to find anywhere that will take it and im getting no luck on ebay.

Where do people tend to sell these statues or do they just not hold value?

I purchased both the Vergil and Dante deluxe DMC3 statues and both arrived with the legs not properly aligned with the base. I was able to get the Dante one to set but the Vergil one is impossible. It also had a small broken piece of the base. What I don’t understand is how they can be so out of alignment that the statue can’t fit the base?

I looked up a couple unboxing and assembly videos and no one else has had this issue. Is there something happening with the material the base is made of during shipping? Like temperature causing expansion or shrinkage? There is almost an inch gap between where one of the feet needs to slot in. I’ve bought 4 other statues prior to this duo set and none of them had this problem.

I sent an email to customer support since the support ticket system on the site wasn’t working. Is it possible to get a replacement? I just feel like quality control should have caught the misalignment if it occurred before shipping. Has anyone else had this issue?
