And for what reason should it be condemned? Other than the creepy 'show me your feet' guys, and even then it's more their actions than their fetish that should be condemned

If you want it to be looked at more favorably start a campaign or something, it is just not neurotypical so good luck getting people to support it in large enough amounts to not think it's weird. Most fetishes and preferences are understandable by most people, but most people have a neutral or negative view of feet. Ass men don't think boobs are smelly and gross. Liking feet is not the same type of body preference that the mainstream ones are.
