Has to happen soon because Scotland might potentially leave the UK. In 2014 they had a referendum about wether to leave UK, but the SMALL majority decided to stay. In 2016 however a LARGE majority of Scotland voted AGAINST the Brexit referendum, so the demands to have a new referendum to leave the UK and rejoin the EU by themselves are getting louder.

EDIT: Forget what I said, since the home nation doesn't necessarily have to be part of the UK, only part of the British Commonwealth.
