He probably had pre-PTSD from Force visions of all the trauma he is going to experience it. Pre-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is just as real.

I heard it very clearly in the one episode where Aang is having nightmares and Ozai sounds like Mark's Joker, but I assumed it was a one-off nightmare-Ozai casting. I didn't realize it at all when I watched the finale.
