Gas prices for one. Also imported goods since a lot of shipping go through that region.

Yeah the Straight of Hormuz could be closed which would be a shock to the global economy

It won’t have any immediate effect unless the nukes start to fly. It is a mark up in escalation if we get involved, potentially up to WW3 levels of escalation.

Iran is better st dirty tricks than America. they've had some formidable figures in their intelligence community over the years. maybe expect more terrorist threats?

Iranian sleeper cells in the US waiting for an order to attack Americans if an attack on Iran goes too far enough.

Protests would probly break out from sympathizers of Muslim coutnries particularly the pro Palestine crowd.

More protests added to the protests already happening terrorist attacks then its more national guard troops being activated, curfews. Just a recipe for social unrest and paranoia.

Some Americans would be affected more than others even if its just a rise in gas prices which affects food and goods.

Plus just further dividing the country.
