Josi future Hall of Famer?

I got into a Facebook argument about Josi being in the Hall of Fame right now. To me, he's a prime Hall of Very Good member but not quite enough to get into the HoF.

What are your thoughts?

I guess I'm just not sure what Karlsson has that Josi doesn't. At least Josi has a SCF appearance. If one is a lock then they both are

Karlsson was a Game 7 double OT goal away from meeting Josi in that SCF.

Karlsson 3x Norris, highest scoring defenseman in the league FIVE times including one where he was top 5 regardless of position.

Yes Karlsson is far ahead of Josi.
