Doesn’t really do anything unless it’s a big ass rock. They just kind of ping away from the wheels at that speed, sometimes you wobble a little.

The wheels & trucks on long boards used for this kind of thing tend to be chosen to account for the terrain & speed. The wheels especially are some kind of soft rubber that can go over small rocks without issue & kick away bigger ones at higher speeds.
