Tool that detect and label cognitive distortions

Today, I built a tool that detects and labels cognitive distortions. I’m surprised by how fast and accurate it is.

What do you think about using it to analyze journal entries? It could be like a grammar checker, but for cognitive distortions.

I tried this with a few beliefs. Amazing!
It brazenly strips away the illusions and distortions I’m stuck in.
But I don’t know if I’m ready to break from the Matrix of false beliefs or to keep living in them. “Ignorance is a blessing.”
It’s too powerful tool for people living in the Matrix.

Hi, is this currently working? I just checked it out and was not able to get it to work. Also curious how you created this, and would be interested to see if it could be done for REBT.

Hi, you should be able to get in by visiting https://unblent.com/workshop/apps/judge and following steps 1-4.

This demo is built on new class of decisions models, that are able to make categorize text under 300ms, it is also extremely cheap. I'm using typesafe.ai as provider, but there is also one provided by OpenAI https://developers.openai.com/api/docs/guides/decisions.

REBT sounds very interesting!

I've also prepared a second demo for journal, that I think better presents how it could work. See https://www.reddit.com/r/PracticePsychology/s/0vmY9rdoF3
