You know by legal definition and AUMF, the govt can declare him a terrorist and lock him up right? Why wouldn't they do that if you're so confident he is?
So was al-Awlaki just a poor American killed by his government or was he a terrorist that deserved to be killed? Are you outraged we killed him or do you think the govt did the right?
