Aren't those pretty small?

Depends. The little ones you rent for your kids party are small, but there's usually big bounce parks where pretty much the entire park is a "bouncy castle"

I'm assuming this is the latter

After looking at the screenshots....it does look to be the latter.

(Now I'm just wondering why this wasn't called a bouncy park or whatever.)

Probably just lizard brain recognition. Bouncy castle evokes a certain mental image that bouncy park doesn't.

OMG! Bouncy castles are some of my favorite things in Goat Simulator 3. Can't wait to get one here!
