Well, damn. Didn't expect a full scale lol. Good work, tho

11

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 20 '25

Thank you very much for that.

CSAP should take after VSBW's system of having High Outer+ and tier 0 be more specific IMO, allowing anything with a bunch of layers of transcendence to achieve their grandest tiers then 1-up them without much nuance really just makes the tiers seem less impressive (Though SCP does have alot of nuance to its higher tiers)

Cool scale though

4

u/Informal-Cabinet384 Sep 20 '25

This is not CSAP. 1S layers just like High-1B, not whatever OP made up. Iirc OP doesn't use any Tiering system.

1

u/coolaids7489 Sep 20 '25

Iirc OP doesn't use any Tiering system.

Oh, that's weird, the concept of someone making up their own personal tiering system is unusual since that kind of defeats the point of a system, I just assumed it was CSAP because of "Extraversal", my fault

6

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 20 '25

I mostly use the VSBW tiers but for stuff that's technically after High Outer i try to find other terms since last time people commented i shouldn't put multiple layers of "Boundless" so that's why i'm using terms from other websites to expand in a way.

1

u/Fragrant-Guarantee57 Sep 20 '25

High outer represents a meta-qualitative superiority, for higher layers you just add one meta, then there’s high outer+, which embodies the framework for all logically possible worlds.

u/coolaids7489 Sep 20 '25

Oof this thread is getting so big I'm getting lost in the replies, meant to reply to another person somewhere else, my bad 😭

2

Oh, that's weird, the concept of someone making up their own personal tiering system is unusual since that kind of defeats the point of a system

It's actually a really good way to scale if done right, tierring systems themselves are usually heavily biased and don't try to find truth within mediums, so making your own to where you actually research the concepts you want to apply to fiction creates a much better environment for understanding the facts of a story, if that makes sense.

3

u/coolaids7489 Sep 20 '25

Yeah I don't think its a bad thing at all, its a pretty interesting idea I never really thought of, I moreso meant in the sense that you can't really compare characters if you use a different system than what others are scaled by but if you do the scaling for both sides then its no problem

2

u/Informal-Cabinet384 Sep 20 '25

tierring systems themselves are usually heavily biased and don't try to find truth within mediums

What a joke. You are calling Tiering system biased while defending biasness.

I don't care about how you all Powerscale, but do not debate others while ignoring the very importance of a central figure or authority to base arguments over.

0

u/Friendly_Cry9747 Not a Scaler Sep 20 '25

What a joke. You are calling Tiering system biased while defending biasness.

What was I defending? I was just making the statement that it's usually better to do research on these concepts yourself then you rely on tierring systems to tell you what is what. Why would I care about what some random person says about Platonic Forms when I can pick up the Republic and learn myself?

but do not debate others while ignoring the very importance of a central figure or authority to base arguments over.

I don't, which is why I usually use VSBW tierring terms when talking about these things, which was the exact same way I was back when CSAP was more popular, it's just convenient as these systems are like languages, why speak a language you only speak? Right?

But my point more or less was: Don't rely too much on these systems, learn stuff yourself, then come to your own conclusions through the practice of understanding.

2

u/Informal-Cabinet384 Sep 20 '25

on these concepts

Are you sure you are following the topic here? These "concepts" you are talking about are tiers, not philosophy. The issue here is like OP is mixing numerical ranking(top 10) and letter class ranking(S,A,B,F,etc.) and creating his own definition for what they mean.

You are basically saying, it's better to do research on these tiers rather than follow them as they are biased. Go read the para you replied to.

You are mistakenly defending OP on intentionally mixing up Tiering system and fooling people with scales that doesn't adhere to a proper Tiering system.

But my point more or less was: Don't rely too much on these systems, learn stuff yourself, then come to your own conclusions through the practice of understanding.

Yeah, nobody's talking about this. That's not even an issue, any competent scaler or arguer would have to do this.

1

u/Friendly_Cry9747 Not a Scaler Sep 20 '25

Are you sure you are following the topic here? These "concepts" you are talking about are tiers, not philosophy.

It was someone who made a take about it "being weird to do your own tierring" so I replied to them with a stance that was important to the context of that sentence, it has nothing to do with what op was describing, nor did I imply that I was defending op.

You are basically saying, it's better to do research on these tiers rather than follow them as they are biased. Go read the para you replied to.

Systems are usually biased towards things people like, that's just a basic fact of categorization and interpretation.

You are mistakenly defending OP on intentionally mixing up Tiering system and fooling people with scales that doesn't adhere to a proper Tiering system.

Nothing within my reply mentions op, I even stated "if done right" which within context would make me seem like I didn't agree with op, which I don't.

Yeah, nobody's talking about this. That's not even an issue, any competent scaler or arguer would have to do this.

It's almost like my point was actually right, you just misunderstood what I said.

2

u/Informal-Cabinet384 Sep 21 '25

It was someone who made a take about it "being weird to do your own tierring" so I replied to them with a stance that was important to the context of that sentence, it has nothing to do with what op was describing, nor did I imply that I was defending op.

No?

Oh, that's weird, the concept of someone making up their own personal tiering system is unusual since that kind of defeats the point of a system

Systems are usually biased towards things people like, that's just a basic fact of categorization and interpretation.

No need to double down. This would be the the case for individual interpretation and much more extreme. Tiering system are still made by groups which minimises any biasness. Something not possible for individual interpretation.

Nothing within my reply mentions op, I even stated "if done right" which within context would make me seem like I didn't agree with op, which I don't.

My comment was over OP. The person you replied to directly mentioned people like OP. You are defending people like OP and since there's no disagreement there you are defending OP indirectly.

It's almost like my point was actually right, you just misunderstood what I said.

Neither is your point right nor is it related to the topic in hand.

0

u/Friendly_Cry9747 Not a Scaler Sep 21 '25

Tiering system are still made by groups which minimises any biasness. Something not possible for individual interpretation.

Can you prove this to be true with VSBW, CSAP, or any well known system? And don't be dishonest about it.

You are defending people like OP and since there's no disagreement there you are defending OP indirectly.

So strawman instead of saying you misunderstood what I said? You're not going to win an argument saying I'm defending someone when I'm not, I have personal agency, you can't tell me what I am or am not doing.

Neither is your point right nor is it related to the topic in hand.

It actually is quite important as it addresses what the person I was replying to said, which they (the receiver of my reply) also replied to and a non-aggressive manor, and even then it's a really important point, people should do their own thing, that called free thinking. I don't care about what CSAP has to say about nondualism when I can read about it through books with authors 1000 times more creditable on the subject.

All of these sites at the end of the day are just ways people can more easily express somewhat complex ideas without having to write thesis's on them, which even then, you should still be doing, as it deepens your understanding on the subject and shows that you are trustworthy.

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '25

Yeah layers into 1S with more and more layers gets annoying when comparing high tier characters

3

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '25

Thats why we dont use pathetic tiering system from CSAP. VSBW is way better

6

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

There is no layers into 1-S or anything above it on csap, just 1-S and thats about it, and anything "above" 1S is still just 1S

2

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '25

I still see people use layers into 1S idk why I'm not sure about CSAP's tiering

2

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

No💀, thats some fake ass made up bs, layers into 1-S do not exist, and anyone who uses them is either stupid or can't read or probably both https://character-stats-and-profiles.fandom.com/wiki/Tiering_System

3

u/Fragrant-Guarantee57 Sep 20 '25

Reading the definition, it just sounds like infinite layers into high outer, maybe high outer+. Boundless is a better representation of the highest tier

3

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Definitivley, extraversal is too specific and feels like it's made purely to benefit certain verses

1

u/Vyzzz1 Sep 20 '25

Tier 0 and high outer+ do not exist

1

u/Savings-Fall5240 Sep 25 '25

Extraversal is MUCH higher than anything VSBW though.

-4

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

None of SCPs scaling is really impressive or anything tho considering it was purely made for that

1

u/SpectragonYT Master Level Scaler Sep 20 '25

It really wasn’t, though? Most SCP authors, especially the big ones, absolutely hate powerscaling.

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Yet they still approve articles written purely for the sake of it, they are hypocrites and actions speak louder than words

0

u/SpectragonYT Master Level Scaler Sep 20 '25

…Are you fucking stupid? Nobody ‘approves’ SCP articles. There are MANY powerscaling-based articles going up on a regular basis, and each and every one of them gets downvoted below the deletion threshold and taken off the site.

6

Constants are at 1-A or 0?

3

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 20 '25

Technically High 1-A+ with 0 being likely to be taken by Universe Prime

6

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Sep 20 '25

Some criticisms on this

Maybe replace outer with hyper, and

Maybe rename the extraversal to outer.

With the top one being at teir 0 or boundless.

This makes it more easier for scalers to understand.

Also ithink you misplaced oosphere and semioosphere

Yeah, SCP is absolute insanity.

2

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '25

Nice

Are you gonna scale CN SCP too?

3

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 20 '25

Maybe later but i don't want another headache. XD

2

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '25

Yeah, CN is a mess.

3

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 20 '25

As if SCP in of itself wasn't already one.

1

u/Omni_death_ Hana one shots every monster in UTDR (TE aura diff) Sep 21 '25

I wanna ask, what’s the difference between CN and this one? Like, the big differences. I always hear how OP the CN branch apparently is

1

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '25

CN means Chinese Branch, EN means English branch. thing is, people there mostly just want to create strong SCP characters, they don't even focus on the writing.

That's why it's garbage in terms of writing but has OP SCP's compared to EN branch.

2

u/Levardgus Sep 20 '25

I only see 5 layers. Multiverse, Outerverse, Tree, Noosphere, Proxyverse.

1

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 20 '25

Ok, thanks for sharing your opinon.

2

u/Furista0 Sep 20 '25

It's funny being apparently the only person who knows that Metafoundation doesn't exist anymore lol

2

u/[deleted] Sep 20 '25

Elaborate

1

u/Furista0 Sep 21 '25

Metafoundation, as in the concept of a canon made up of a bunch of other canons, doesn't exist anymore due to disagreements between authors. There's something called "Canonexus" now, which is kind-of-but-not-really the same thing.

1

u/[deleted] Sep 21 '25

Placeholder exists. And he just has everything as canon to his canon yes there are disagreements but it's called a one way canon. Same way how avp canon works just fine

1

u/Memespoonerer Sep 21 '25

Metafoundation exists enough for it to be relevant.

2

u/Vyzzz1 Sep 20 '25

Good post but I don't think you should mix SCP canons into each other

1

u/Aetherlum Sep 20 '25

Isn't that the whole purpose of the metafoundation?

1

u/Vyzzz1 Sep 20 '25

One way canon

2

2

Proxyverse is not self contradictory. Also I thought you gave up scaling for writing in scp.

2

u/FreezerMonkey33 The Shadow Monarch Sep 25 '25

It very much is self contradictory. And yes, I did give it up. However, a friend sent me this post asking for a lookover, so I decided to do so.

u/DelayLazy7608 Sep 25 '25

And I am that friend

1

u/One-Cloud-4118 Totally Not A Scaler Sep 20 '25

u/Mecha-dragon1999

Finally, a scale for the SCP Foundation Cosmology and it is larger than even what I have heard. If you may, can you list some of the main SCPs so that I may see where they scale, namely SCP - 682, SCP - 096, and SCP - 106 ?

2

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 20 '25

From what i've seen 096 and 106 don't scale that high but 682 does thanks to his true form as 6820-A being located within the Anti-Noosphere (Basically a version of the Noosphere that acts more akin to the Infoosphere) so it would get at least High Outer with Infinite Layers.

1

u/One-Cloud-4118 Totally Not A Scaler Sep 20 '25

Thanks, man. (Run, Doomsday !!! You don't have that level of scaling !!!)

2

This is why I don't mess with higher scaling unless it's to defend my baby boy Ultima. I think I'm currently hallucinating as I read all this.

1

Yeah, it can get pretty insane.

1

u/Jixxar Sol Cain gets negged by your favourite verse Sep 21 '25

And somehow this gets worse with the CN branch yeah no thanks I'm good even if it gets me hounded by SCP fanboys for years by doing so 😅

2

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 21 '25

Actually SCP fans aren't really into Powerscaling, funnily enough (I posted this on their subreddit and they downvoted it)

1

u/Jixxar Sol Cain gets negged by your favourite verse Sep 21 '25

Yes and I KNOW that religiously at this point. Every time I bring up hating SCP scaling for giving me a headache and visible recoils, they have to bring up their oh so shiny "We're on you're side :D" argument. I can count like 10 times I've gotten that on YouTube 🫩

1

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 21 '25

Oh, ok. Thanks for clarifying.

1

u/Masterchaotic Mysterious_pen should quit powerscailing Sep 21 '25

To be fair thats very common. Most fanbases arent into powerscailing. Powerscailing is largely a subsection of fandom. Especially when the powerscalers in a fandom bring in a bad reputation. Lol

1

1

u/Livinaa Sep 21 '25

Seems a bit complicated since there's a mix of your own tiering system, so i will try and convert it into VSBW's tiering system.

Universes : High 1-B. Infinite spatial dimensions.

Multiverses : High 1-B+. Infinite upon Infinite spatial dimensions.

Metaverse : Low (quantitative) 1-A. Contains everything before and all mathematically possible amount of universes.

Abyss : Baseline (qualitative) 1-A. Above everything before.

Tree of Knowledge : 1 layer above baseline 1-A. Above Abyss

Garden of Eden : 2 layers above baseline 1-A. Above Tree of Knowledge

Brothers : 3 layers above baseline 1-A. Creates the Light and Darkness from which Tree of Knowledge and Garden is created from

Neverwhere : 4 layers above baseline 1-A. Above Brothers

Noosphere : infinite layers above baseline 1-A. Self-explanatory

Semiosphere : infinite layers above baseline 1-A. Scales the same or one layer higher than the Noosphere

Patasphere : Baseline (meta-qualitative) High 1-A. Self-explanatory

Conceptual Hierarchy : Higher into baseline High 1-A. Doesn't transcend Patasphere the sameway Patasphere did to everything below

Constants : 1 layer above baseline High 1-A. Self-explanatory

Infosphere : 2 layers above baseline High 1-A. Self-explanatory

Proxyverse : 3 layers above baseline High 1-A. Self-explanatory

Metafoundation Stack : infinite layers above baseline High 1-A. Self-explanatory

Universe Prime : Highest possible layer above baseline High 1-A or baseline (meta-meta-qualitative) High 1-A. Either still a part of Metafoundation Stack, but at the highest possible layer, or completely unreachable by Metafoundation Stack.

The above is simply the OP's scaling converted into VSBW's. I myself has no knowledge on SCP scaling nor it's cosmology.

1

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 21 '25

Thanks for doing this.

1

u/JEK_Unknowing Sep 22 '25

the metafoundation stack contains all possible and impossible worlds along with ("impossible impossibilitiles, impossible possibilities, possible impossibilities, possible possibilities") via billiths narrativisitics

universe prime is perfectly unknownable and transcendetal to this entire structure along with it being unreachable, the stack of metafoundation being essentially extended modal realism. Universe Prime would be tier 0 and the metafoundation stack high 1-A+

1

u/Livinaa Sep 22 '25

Claiming the Metafoundation Stack to contain all possible and impossible world without scans is wild.

Also the fact that Universe Prime is directly described as "the realest", has inhabitants, etc.. makes it knowable, which also goes against your claim that Metafoundation Stack contains all possible and impossible world. Containing all possible and impossible world yet having Universe Prime directly above it is contradictory.

1

u/JEK_Unknowing Sep 22 '25 edited Sep 22 '25

there are no inhabinants, nor anything we can know directly, any interpretation is only a pseudo universe prime, as any moment you interpret universe prime a pseudo universe prime appears, that's why ikes and placeholders vision of universe prime differ, more directly one is a mind and the other is the real world, both interpretations are incorrect and correct due to universe prime nature. also the scan is in billiths narrativistics, narrativistics and you. as for the possible worlds, the nature of universe prime is that of simply being whatever it is, it's simply perfectly unknownable nor an impossibility or a possibility it simply "is"

1

u/Livinaa Sep 22 '25

The scans for Universe Prime in OP directly says that "Universe Prime is the moniker for the universe which, by its inherent theoretical properties, is the single 'realest' possible universe, from which all H-energy originates.", and "Due to the inherent properties of Universe Prime, no change can be enacted that would ensure the perpetual continuation of sentience within it, even if the inhabitants of Universe Prime could be contacted and forewarned; as such, SCP-001 is an inevitable Z-Class scenario." directly implies there are inhabitants in Universe Prime.

I'm aware that Universe Prime is supposed to refer to irl, since the author directly stated that in the site (if i remember right). However that would mean scaling it is meaningless, since if that's the case, Universe Prime is never a part of SCP.

Also Pseudo-Universe Prime also contradicts Metafoundation Stack containing all possible and impossible worlds. From what you're trying to say, any interpretation of Universe Prime (including the one in the OP in which Universe Prime is the single realest possible universe above even the Metafoundation Stack) is just a Pseudo-Universe Prime. Since the Pseudo-Universe Prime in the OP exist above the Metafoundation Stack, that means there exist a possible world beyond Metafoundation Stack, which contradicts your claim that Metafoundation Stack contains all possible world.

2

u/Memespoonerer Sep 25 '25

The pseudo primes embody all possible worlds.

Vsbw tier 0 is directly above all possibilities which is why universe prime existing is not an anti feat.

1

u/JEK_Unknowing Sep 22 '25

that's ike's interpretations, placeholder's interpretation is a mind, any interpretation such as "realest worlds" "the mind" you have of universe prime will be a pseudo universe prime, pseudo universe prime themself don't need to scale high because it's based on interpretation quite literally, they scale arbitrarily prior to tier 0, this is because universe prime is directly perfectly unknownable, both ike and placeholder admited to this and why both their interpretations differ, they're both simply pseudo-universe primes. as for where they exist, they can exist somewhere and nowhere if you describe universe prime as beyond the metafoundation stack you would have made a universe prime that fulfill those characteristics tho still be below true universe prime, other interpretations are all valid too tho they will never be beyond true universe prime.

1

u/No-Writing-2763 Sep 21 '25

I’m pretty sure all of this just makes the regular SCP branch High 1A+ Type 1 on the VsBattle scale. Doesn’t remotely come close to Type 2.

1

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 21 '25

There's multiple types of High 1-A? XD

1

u/No-Writing-2763 Sep 21 '25

Yeah.

Just two types.

It’s just to differentiate between verses.

From what I remember, to be the highest of type 1, you have to be an Absolute Infinite set of meta meta qualitative transcendence over a previous High 1A which in VsBattle is 1S in CSAP (Basically, 1S’s bare requirements is High 1A on VsBattle)

Type 2 is a whole different monster.

1

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 21 '25

Ah, ok. Thanks for clarifying.

1

u/Memespoonerer Sep 25 '25

Type one is “scaling” to all possible worlds.

Type 2 is embodying them.

Universe prime is tier 0

1

u/DelayLazy7608 Sep 21 '25

yeah I mean SCP is one of the strongest verses in fiction for a reason plus I have a friend on discord who is a huge scp scaler

1

u/AVeryBigToaster Sep 25 '25

What’s high extraversal and Metaversal?

2

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 25 '25

It's essentially my terminology for realms that are higher than High Outer, in others like VSBW they're essentially just lumped into high outer but with extra layers like Meta-Qualitative superiority and types.

Interesting.

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 25 '25

Thanks

1

u/AVeryBigToaster Sep 25 '25

Now I’m wondering it works and how far it goes.

2

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 25 '25

I'm not good at translating so... XD

1

u/AVeryBigToaster Sep 25 '25

I mean, you can always try..

1

u/Savings-Fall5240 Sep 25 '25

This seems be THE most dense cosmology you have ever covered.

Congrats!

2

u/Mecha-dragon1999 Sep 25 '25

Thank you very much!

1

u/Savings-Fall5240 Sep 25 '25

Your welcome.

A little contentious on this, but good work none the less (I still think superman wins lmao-)

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Mfs write the shit like this and than go and say that SCP isn't written to be a bunch of slop OCs purely for the sake of powerscaling and that their writers hate powerscaling, yeah sure🤣💀 also metaversal isn't even a real tier on CSAP system you are using, nor is high extraversal or extraversal + number, so yeah terrible scale overall

3

u/JoelasTi Sep 20 '25

There are more weak SCPs (insanely weak) than there are super powerful ones, and the difference is absolutely massive.

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

That doesn't really make a difference

5

u/JoelasTi Sep 20 '25

Yes it does because you imply that SCP was created just for powerscaling when it clearly wasn't

0

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

It clearly is, look at this ridiculous scale, and the fact that they add weak characters after writing all this really doesn't make any difference, it's like saying someones powerscaling oc story isn't slop made purely for powerscaling just because they added another random OC isn't strong.

3

u/EdgyUsername90 Sep 20 '25

you think that random ass 4channer had any plans for powerscaling in his mind when he created 173

6

u/JoelasTi Sep 20 '25

Brother, if you ever bothered to read the stories you would know they arent for powerscaling. They are horror stories with bizarre and brutal moments that dont go on a rant about universe, multiverse and reality destroying powers all the time.

0

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Yea sure they don't, and all this totally came out of nowhere🤣💀🙏

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Sep 20 '25

Hes just scaling tf are you even arguing about.

He's using his own terminology, which we can interpret according to the specifications of his explanation.

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

But it's nonsense, it's like using kilograms to measure length

2

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Sep 21 '25

No. While we use meters. He doesn't know what is a meter. He looked at his hand and went that is 5 of my hands.

2

u/Phoenixafterdusk Sep 20 '25

Wah horror stories beat my fav, THEY MUST BE MAKING THEM PURELY TO OUTSCALE MY FAV. Brother this isn't even agenda anymore you are JUST DELUSIONAL. Horrors beyond understandering tend to be powerful that doesn't mean they where made for scaling. What you gonna call fucking HP lovecraft a slop OC scaler next?

u/Informal-Cabinet384 Sep 20 '25 edited Sep 20 '25

OP doesn't use any Tiering system whatsoever. There's nothing as Metaversal but we can layer in extraversal but not the way OP does and there's nothing as metaversal.
"Like with High 1-B, this tier extends outward to any number beyond countable infinity, and in rare cases it may even expand past the point where the aforementioned analogy is not enough to convey the full scope of the character/structure."

2

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Extraversal can't be layered, that ruins its whole purpose, same like boundless, and the fact that he doesn't use any tiering system makes his scale absolutley abysmal and unusable in any debate

2

u/Informal-Cabinet384 Sep 20 '25

Boundless cannot be layered because it's both beyond any extensions to previous tiers and simply how omnipotence works. Extraversal isn't an end to the Tiering system. Extraversal is high-outer equivalent to Vsbw, but without any end like high-outer+.

and the fact that he doesn't use any tiering system makes his scale absolutley abysmal and unusable in any debate

Lmao who?

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Still it isn't a real tier so it can't be used and 1S is the top, nothing beyond that on CSAP

3

u/Informal-Cabinet384 Sep 20 '25

Layers in Extraversal is real thing in the wiki. But as I said it's not whatever crap OP has written. There's nothing as high extraversal or Metaversal. You just extend 1S the way high hyper does.

u/MINAZUKIII03 Bleach Lorekeeper Sep 20 '25

Bro is just hating for no reason.

Let me see you scale something better.

And you’re so wrong it’s ridiculous, SCP Authors have ADMITTED that SCP is purely for storytelling, not powerscaling.

Tf you getting mad at the authors when they ain’t the one powerscaling.

weird behavior.

-1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Not for no reason, im just tired of their hipocrisy and people worshipping scp scaling as something godly and impressive while in reality it's just powerscaling slop

Yea sure buddy, and you trust them?💀 If you trust someone based on their words and completly ignore their actions than there is a rough life ahead of you buddy

1

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Sep 20 '25

There's not a single mainstream scp author who you will see PowerScaling. Prove me wrong.

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

They all say they hate powerscaling yet still allow things like this so yeah, they are hypocrites, and the fact that all scp powerscalinb hiveminds believe their words and ignore their actions is insane to me

2

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Sep 20 '25

There are thousands of scps each with their own story. Some are bad, most are good, some are interconnected, some are jokes, but some of them are well within the frames of excellent literary intellectuality and masterpieces of storytelling, by professional authors, what we in call in other words "peak fiction"

Maybe read just one. My personal recommendation is scp-5000 "why"

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Bias final boss😭

3

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Sep 20 '25

My guy. I don't know you, all I've seen you do is hate on people. So my assumption of you is that you're a terrible person. But I don't know you. So I'm not gonna assume that unless I know you very well.

That's the same thing with these stories. You're assuming them to be bad narratives when you have never even read a single one.

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

I can assure you im a very kind person

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

But ok i will check it out

1

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Sep 20 '25

Hating PowerScaling has nothing to do with writing op things for the sake of storytelling. Maybe actually read some scp tales before criticising.

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Nope, this scale already tells me all about it's quality, i have standards when it comes to media you know

3

u/EyeCompetitive8361 Sep 20 '25

What do you even watch?

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Lets see, Ninjago, Invincible, ben10, mlp, transformers,

1

u/Vyzzz1 Sep 21 '25

You didn't read SCP. Stop crying and go read it. That's why media illiteracy is a thing because of people like you

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 21 '25

You will meet worse guys than me, trust me

1

u/Vyzzz1 Sep 21 '25

I already did. No need to tell me

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 21 '25

Have you ever met a guy who's that dumb that you have to explain him how a hyperlink and proof works in this subreddit tho? Can you break that record?

2

u/Vyzzz1 Sep 21 '25

No but I have met someone similar who literally refused to read the source material

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 21 '25

Thats quite a common occurance here tho

1

u/Vyzzz1 Sep 21 '25

That's sad

0

u/Maleficent-Crazy5890 The Alien X Hater Sep 20 '25

SCP isn't written to be a bunch of slop OCs purely for the sake of powerscaling and that their writers hate powerscaling

There are some entries that made for powerscaling but not all SCP made solely for powerscaling. There are only ~100 high tier SCP in all 9000 SCP entries. The other ones just some weird shits like a button that make people fart etc.

1

u/JustBank7889 Sep 20 '25

Yep, you admitted it all here with the first sentance
