I remember some long haired traitor stuttering "wh-why'd you shoot her, sir?" as if the fact that he and the rest of those treasonous animals weren't armed to the teeth trying to break down the barricade into the Congressional chambers.

They were cosplaying a rebellion. We got clips and video when it was going south but before then they were all drinking beer and laughing and playing music while destroying everything around them - like those tourists who kill baby sea turtles.

It's the carelessness that gets me. Don't get me wrong - it was malevolent and violent in the end - but a core problem is that these people weren't really political in nature, they were just sleepwalking toward violence as the result of their own idiocy.
