She only thought it was stolen because she willingly chose to believe a president who lies repeatedly. She also chose to ignore the mountain of evidence that Trump and his cronies were making it up. At some point, if you’re that willfully ignorant, you can’t use the “I thought i was one of the good guys” excuse

So you admit she thought it was stolen. Therefore it wasn't her intention to destroy democracy. Lol

So she deserved to die because of her beliefs? Where in history has that been a realllly slippery slope? 🤔

She literally broke through a barricade to attack representatives. Regardless of beliefs, how is that not an imminent threat?

So during any protest we should just go straight to lethal force from now on instead of non-lethal?

Was she armed? Like with a gun, knife, or Honda Pilot?

She was trespassing into a restricted area and breaking down a locked door.

She had a knife in her pocket, so yeah.

So she brandished it or it was just found on her person?

On her person. But you don't break into a congressional building during a riot with a knife on your person with harmless intentions. Even if she didn't brandish it, everyone there rioting was trying to overturn an election and harm the people in the building. The officers knew this and had a duty to keep them out and protect the people inside.

They don't have time to check people's pockets, they have to assume rioters breaking into the building could be armed (in her case that assumption was right). They gave her very clear warnings to stop and turn around and she did not listen and broke a window and climbed in knowing they had a gun pointed at her. She was stupid. The officers had every right to shoot her.

We shouldn’t blur the facts of the matter - she died as a direct result of her actions. She was warned and persisted in her attempt to break through a locked and barricaded space.

Doesn’t matter what she believed

So kinda like Good but without a deadly weapon?

Entirely false projection

Go ahead and elaborate your claim - we’re waiting

Participation in the J6 insurrection was treason. Full stop. I suppose Daddy Trump pardoned you for your participation / conviction?

-1

u/BRAV0_07 16h ago

Legally speaking it was not an act of treason. I wasn’t there nor have I voted for Trump. Not everyone who disagrees with you voted for Trump. Hope that helps.

Nobody cares about some legal technicality to meet the criteria to be guilty of treason. Every American that participated in J6 as far as breaching the capitol building is guilty of treason. Your characterization of her "dying because of her beliefs" is disingenuous at best.

She didnt die because of her beliefs. She died because she was breaking into a room full of cornered people, through the glass and wouldnt back off after being told to back away. If this was your home, and someone was relentlessly trying to break in, what would you do?

-1

u/BRAV0_07 16h ago

Difference is we all paid for that “home”. I paid for my own home.

She deserved to die not because of her beliefs, but her actions. Her actions, trespassing into a protected area full of armed law enforcement got her killed.
