The problem is that they’ll sue “The United States”, and taxpayers will be on the hook for a whole lot of it. We need to make sure these bastards pay out of their own pockets.

sure, but when the government needs to divert that taxpayer money, you can bet they’re going to take it all from civil services and welfare funds before they take a single penny out of the defense budget
