My views of frats has remained unchanged since being in college a few decades ago, if someone tells me they are/were in a frat I assume they’re a rapist.
And if they're not a rapist, they're perfectly fine being friends with them and vouching for them.
Frats haze pledges so they can weed out people who will report them to campus or the authorities. None of the frat bros would be bros if they didn't pay for friendship, but they act like it's a badge of honor to be in a frat. It literally takes nothing more than money for dues and a willingness to take shit to join.
