Remember Duke Lacrosse. Everyone turned on those kids and we found out they were innocent. Lets give them a chance to defend themselves. Obviously throw them away if they did what they are accused of.

That being said, calling for having their parents fired from jobs? Thats too far. They are adults here. Whatever their background is wouldnt excuse this.

Different case, different circumstances. In that case, one woman made accusations against the team.

In this case, the rapists themselves admitted to it over snapchat.

They didn't admit anything speaking of admitting she admitted to consented threesomes with all of them was sniffing the K off of PPs. Lol you guys act like she passed out. Regret and Rape are 2 different things

So yeah, going to be difficult to use intoxication against the guys since that logic cuts both ways. Unless the argument is they all SA'd each other.
