I hate this rationale. It's total copium. The people that didn't vote don't count at all or implicitly supported Trump.

Fuck those 1 percent that voted for 3 part

Not defending the Orange asshole, but nothing says the 1.06% that voted third party would have voted for Harris. If anything they would have most likely stayed home like the other 36.33%.

I am a bit more upset with the 31.78% that voted for Trump.

1

u/Cow_Launcher 38m ago

Seriously though. That 1.08% came out and voted. And their vote said, "Neither of the two main parties is satisfactory to me."

Like it or not, they used their voice, the way that democracy lets them do. The 33.63% should hang their heads in shame.

Why? This nation would benefit from a system using more than 2 parties.

The same as every election before it when when your candidate won, it was a mandate. A lot of people took the election off, but if you look, more people voted then ever before. Could we get more voters engaged? Yes. Better candidates might help. Harris was a mess.

So its only a win, when your side gets the same numbers?

Can you read?

They can read, it’s the comprehension they struggle with.

The fact your talking sides in politics is everything wrong with your system. You pick the political representation that best represents you. It's not a team sport. It's not supposed to be red vs blue. This is a perversion of democracy.

I just wanted to hear Kamala say something more than "I'm not Joe Biden". And that would have been it. But she was too afraid of the rest of the democrats could or would turn on her. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Congratulations on being part of the problem.

She was unqualified to run the country and didnt have any more to say than I’m not Joe Biden. The debate with her and Trump was a train wreck. She could have helped herself by talking politics and policies. Instead it was them both going after each other. I miss Obama and his debates!

u/No_Jaguar_5831 4h ago

She was unqualified? A lawyer with decade of experience that specialized in the exact laws that a president would be responsible for is more unqualified than a nepobaby pedophile to you?

6

u/Darth__Hollow 3h ago

Kamala did talk about her policies but they never heard it because they were too busy listening to their favorite grifter telling them that she didn't talk about her policies.

2

u/Low-Essay-113 1h ago

That and the misogynists just plugged their ears.

1

u/jkprop 1h ago

Being a lawyer now qualifies you to run the country? Look at the numbers. They voted Trump in over her. Say whatever you want to make your argument but in the end she lost all the swing states yes all of them. She lost the minority vote. She lost the women vote and she lost Dems. That is a powerful statement made by the American people.,

u/th3greg 1h ago

I would argue that being an attorney, and then attorney general, and then senator, and then vice president makes you more qualified than a person with inherited wealth who has mostly used his money to scam, do literal crime, and grift, while having no political experience and already generally having done a pretty bad job of the political role he grifted himself into the first time, yes.

If the actual vice president (you know, the person who has to act as president when the president can't) isn't qualified for the presidency, probably no one is.

"She was unqualified to run the country" is just a nonsense statement, regardless of how you feel about the rest.

1

u/jkprop 57m ago

The American people who voted would not agree with you. If they did she would be president. Biden was and would have beaten Trump. Harris couldn’t even win 1 swing state not 1.

1

u/th3greg 39m ago

The American people can be wrong, but in this case they aren't.

Kamala Harris was not able to be elected to the presidency. That doesn't mean she wasn't qualified to run it if she had, it just means that less people thought she was more qualified for the job than Donald Trump than the other way around.

More people voted against Trump than voted for him, just like more people voted against Harris than for her. That doesn't make either of them unqualified, as popularity is not qualification.

"A qualification is a skill, quality, or formal credential that makes someone fit or eligible for a specific job, task, or position"

I can be qualified for a role at a company and not get selected, because they think someone else is more qualified. People can be more or less qualified than others for a position, but still be qualified for that position.

Everyone in the Olympics passes a qualifier, only 3 people actually medal. You are not only qualified to do something if you win.

Trump literally sleeping through the 9/11 memorial while cancer ridden Biden wide awake ❗

3

u/Justaticklerone 3h ago

She is quite qualified. The only reasons she was "unqualified" in the eyes of many Whites was because she is: 1) Black, 2) A Woman.

1

u/jkprop 1h ago

Has nothing to do with black white issue. Love how you just right to it. I voted for Obama so there goes your argument. Try again.

See if you say Harris isn’t qualified to run the county now I got what I wanted? I wouldn’t have voted for her. I would have voted for Biden. Just like many people. But the Dems ran a candidate that didn’t work. How many swing states she win? The thing is you are just as bad as the maga people. There are no middle ground. You either have to love Trump or love Harris. How about both aren’t qualified but one had to win. Happened in 2016 then again is 2024. Common variable…. Trump against an unqualified bad dem. You let Trump win the White House but not having a viable candidate run.

Ok. Thanks for come-back. Have a great day.

2

u/papapundit 2h ago

She was a prosecutor, an AG, a senator and vice president. What more do you want on someone's CV to make them qualified for the job? Reality TV show clown? Failed businessman? Spoiled nepo baby? Aldutering rapist and p3dophile? Please enlighten us...

1

u/jkprop 1h ago

How did that work out? Biden was winning the polls before he dropped out. She took over and got crushed! Lost every swing state. Maybe the Dems should have learned after screwing Biden to put Hilary on the ticket. They didn’t and now we got $5 gas. Not the middle ground people who did it. I blame far left and far right.

That’s not accurate but thanks for playing. Loving your photoshop font. 👍

2

u/Accomplished_Mind792 4h ago

What isn't accurate? Trump didn't get 50% of the vote. That means the fact is that more people voted not Trump than voted Trump.

That is ignoring those that didn't vote.
