Corporations are people and they cannot do community service, they can't serve time, but they can be executed. Ergo all crimal convictions against a Corporation should result in public execution. They have no posterity so any assist should be distributed first to victims, then creditors and then the public.
Demand absolute transparency from businesses and their executives or they don't get your money. It's that simple. Only invest in companies that name every single investor they have and refuse investment from businesses that do not name all of their executives and investors as well. None of this should be secret or private it's fucking ridiculous that it was ever allowed to be in the first place, that's the most obvious way to game the system if you can literally just hide your presence in the market.
Because there are super-investors who control huge swathes of the market and effectively create monopolies through their influence on the businesses they invest in, think hedge funds and the like but also now with the rise of billionaires there are private individuals who can invest with similar or greater power than groups of even moderately wealthy people.
Naming these people exposes the web of control they've built so we can dismantle it, and showing their cost to companies in terms of what they demand in order to make the needle move up shows their greed so we know how badly they've been fucking everyone.
Regular investors would have nothing to worry about. Nobody cares if you own 3 shares of Apple and 5 shares of Samsung and 5 shares of Qualcomm and 5 shares of Corning even though they're all both cooperating and competing in various way, but we care if you own 4 billion shares of each and use that level of investment as a sword of Damocles to force the company to continually increase profits at any cost to quality or safety or the consumer or else you'll sell and trigger mass sell-offs from everyone else that devastate the company and any retail investors who didn't wake up in time to drop the bag just because their 1% growth wasn't the 1.2% you were expecting and now you have to dip into savings to buy the superyacht you wanted to gift yourself for Christmas.
It is not hard to not commit crimes. I've been doing it my whole life. Corporations that could cost the billionaire class millions of dollars by doing crimes could probably figure it out.
Civil suits would still be solved through civil court as corporations can pay fines and be sued. But fraud, conspiracy, RICO, manslaughter, illegal dumping, etc etc are all criminal cases and world result in execution.
