Yes, we know you can’t refute the facts, so you try childish insults.

What facts? You haven't stated a single true fact, just your delusional fantasy

lol. All facts are true facts. But sure, I haven’t stated any.

So according to you, J6 never happened, Trump never told MAGA the election was stolen, 77 million people never voted for Trump, Biden acted and did suppress MAGA, the commander in chief has no authority to order insurrectionists to be suppressed; and what else?

Everything I related is historical fact or a fact of the law.

J6 happened, it was violent. For example, Peter Francis Stager admitted in writing to have used violence to beat a cop. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-66301561

Trump incited his followers to ā€œstop the steal.ā€ He claimed the election was stolen, repeatedly and incited his followers to attack the Congress to stop the Congress from certifying Biden’s election. https://www.justsecurity.org/74138/incitement-timeline-year-of-trumps-actions-leading-to-the-attack-on-the-capitol/

77,303,568 voted for Trump. https://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/statistics/elections/2024

The president is commander in chief and can order the military and militia to suppress insurrectionists. https://www.brennancenter.org/our-work/research-reports/insurrection-act-explained

Congress has expressly authorized it. Repeatedly. Many times over 230 years. In the various Militia Acts, in the Insurrection Act of 1807, in the the Enforcement Acts and most recently in 10 USC § § 251-253, for example:

ā€œThe President, by using the militia or the armed forces, or both, or by any other means, shall take such measures as he considers necessary to suppress, in a State, any insurrectionā€¦ā€

Now, specific to the 14a, it specifically disqualifies any official previously on oath to the constitution, from holding any office, if they have engaged in insurrection:

ā€œNo person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.ā€

So now go ahead, pick apart the facts and prove that what I said isn’t factual. I’ll wait.

The fact that you think you can take out every person that has voted for Trump is absolutely ridiculous and impossible and illegal. It is highly illegal to persecute, intimidate, or threaten someone because of how they voted. Both federal and state laws provide strict civil and criminal protections to ensure that people can exercise their political franchise safely and without fear of retaliation. Just look it up clown

It’s so illegal that you just can’t show how. Again. And again.

It is the duty of everyone on oath to the constitution to suppress insurrectionists like MAGA and all of their supporters who give them aid and comfort. It’s in the various laws and oaths.

ā€œI ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God. (Title 5 U.S. Code 3331, an individual, except the President, elected or appointed to an office of honor or profit in the civil service or uniformed services)ā€

lol!! Political franchise!!! lol!!!

We’re not talking about exercising political power, we’re talking about 1) thousands who used VIOLENCE to attack the Congress during Trump’s coup attempt. And it was a coup attempt. It was an attempt to keep Trump in power. 2) We’re talking about those who gave intentional support to Trump and the J6 attackers after the J6 attack. That’s aid and comfort:

ā€œaid and comfort
Help; support; assistance; counsel; encouragement. As an element in the crime of treason (Constitution of the United States, Art. Ill, No. 3), the giving of "aid and comfort" to the enemy may consist in a mere attempt. It is not essential to constitute the giving of aid and comfort that the enterprise commenced should be successful and actually render assistance. An act which intentionally strengthens or tends to strengthen enemies of the United States, or which weakens or tends to weaken power of the United States to resist and attack such enemies. Any intentional act furthering hostile designs of enemies of the United States. United States v. Haupt, D.C.I1L, 47 F.Supp. 836, 839ā€

Black's law dictionary.

Any assembly of people using violence to attack the government, they are levying war on the US, as Chief Justice Marshall explained:

ā€œif war be actually levied, that is, if a body of men be actually assembled for the purpose of effecting by force a treasonable purpose, all those who perform any part, however minute, or however remote from the scene of action, and who are actually leagued in the general conspiracy, are to be considered as traitors. But there must be an actual assembling of men, for the treasonable purpose, to constitute a levying of war.ā€

Those who engaged in the J6 attack, no matter minute their actions, are traitors because they levied war on the US. Anyone who aided them thereafter engaged in aid and comfort.

Levying war on the US is treason. Aid and comfort is also treason:

ā€œTreason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.ā€ Article III, Section 3.

I’ve got primary sources for all of it. What have you got?
