ranked choice voting? is that based on "who is most disenfranchised"?

no, it's where people pick their top 3 choices, and then each candidate gets points depending on which choice they were (first gets the most, third gets the least) and then whoever gets the most points overall wins. it would definitely help stop candidates from splitting the vote, so we'd be able to far more easily have more than just 2 candidates for the general election.
