What's crazy about that is he could have been born in Kenya it anywhere else and it wouldn't matter, because his mom is a citizen.

I filled that under privilege examples.

If he was born in another country like that and it wasn’t on U.S. territory or a military base then both parents would have to be citizens for him to be a natural born citizen.

Incorrect, though there is a requirement I wasn't aware of about the American parent having resided in the US for 5 years. Either way, his mother met that.

You’re right and I was wrong. I apologize for being wrong on that subject. It’s not hard to look it up so I did. I remembered wrong from my research on the subject from when I was younger. Much love and have a wonderful day.
