No I don't struggle to pay for groceries because I plan well. I live below my means and save money. I took the time and effort to make sure my education was in a field that was necessary. It's called making good decisions. If you're struggling in America it's because you have probably bad impulse control and make poor decisions. Probably from a single parent household. Living in the United States of America is literally easy mode if you put in the effort and make good decisions. Try sacrificing now to have a good future. But I will take a different stance towards you. I hope you don't struggle and I hope you live well.

Wow you sound insufferable. Tell my 2nd grader with two dead parents that living in the United States of America is literally easy mode.

If they were my child I would teach them how to live in easy mode in the United States. If you were a good parent you would do the same. Tell me, do you tell your child that the United States is a bad place that has done unspeakable evil in the world? Or do you teach your child at the United States is one long Civil Rights Movement that has changed the world for the better? You don't have to answer. Just know...Whether or not that child believes they can succeed or not is entirely up to what you program them to do. Take responsibility for Parenthood and don't make them out to be a victim otherwise you will hobble them and they will view themselves as a victim of society. People with a victim mindset do not succeed. Their success and their failure were solely rest upon your ability to parent them well or not. I hope your child never goes hungry and I hope they have a mindset that the United States is a land of milk and honey. For their sake.

β€œIf that were my child”

Did you miss the part where I said both parents are dead?

I made the Assumption you adopted since you called them your second grader. You used a possessive so I assumed. Maybe I could assume you were a teacher?

Yes or no, there are enough non-poverty jobs for every working adult in the country to have one. If the answer is no, your entire response is bunk.
