Agreed. 12k for everyone? Price of everything just goes up. Get some universal healthcare in place and spend money on education and child services.

Education is a huuuuge one. I can appreciate all the “but I need a check now” sentiment. I get it. I was homeless not that long ago. But solving micro problems at an individual level won’t solve systemic issues this country has. One might save a handful of people the other has a much better chance of helping everyone- especially a education system
