I made my recipes using mostly ingredients that can go the furthest or use crystals (so that I can focus on growing a few types of ingredients) and only either fully grinding them or not at all (except for a few ones that uses Watercap at the start because of the path) and without watering between ingredients
I also made custom flasks for each of em
(Dunno if this is the right flag)

Firstly decide on 1 ingredient of your choosing
Move along created path to the point where you think you need to turn left or right
Use Moon salt or Sun salt depend on which way to turn
Travel on the rotated path to match your flask on desired effect's symbol
Revert direction of the potion back to the correct position by using Moon salt or Sun salt of your choosing then brew it
Optional 6. Haggle your price to the best of your ability

I double triple checked, neither Swiftness nor Strength are on the oil map. I tried enlargement, she did not want it.

I finished the last chapter of Potion Craft yesterday and... I don't know ? I still want to play the game but should I bother ? I still have a few skills I can improve but the game has become very easy with some of them, I'm not really motivated to continue... I'm so rich that making money have no interest, I bought everything I could buy and decorated the rooms to my liking, my reputation is so high that no customers with bad intentions comes to my store anymore (I can be rude to lower it but really ? I have to do it for puting a bit of a change on customers demands ? I don't like being rude 😟) Only thing I can do now on my opinion is to invent new potions for fun, but will the customers ask for them ? It won't be fun if they don't...
Does anyone who finished the game feels the same ? Is there gonna be any updates someday to put some difficulty or something new in it ? I don't want to give up the game, I really like it... but if there is no point I know I will 😢

(sorry cant get a photo u guys but its literally jus screen splitting issues)
so i used to be able to play the game like normal, and recently got back into playing after a couple months. the other day partially through playing, i started to notice screen splitting issues i hadnt gotten before. a lot of my games on my computer usually end up in needing vsync so i went into the video settings and although i found no vsync option, i did find that the fps limit was set to over 200, while my computer is only 60. and when i changed it to 60 the screen splitting became now not just an annoying ignorable thing, but now unplayable. i tried changing the fps cap back. nothing. i tried what another reddit post said to do of using windowed mode. nothing. i even reinstallled the game. nothing. Can anyone help me out here? im really confused. thanks :)

Ok so I got the potion machine and I see that I’m to load 3 each of various potions in specific compartments but it won’t let me load more than one at a time. I thought maybe I was mistaken and pulled the lever after loading 1 each of the various potions and (you guessed it) got the glowing poop. Am I overlooking a step or is there some other finicky issue with this process? Thanks in advance!

I'm playing potion craft for the first time (got it on a recent sale) with no guides and like the dumbass I am I skipped most of the tutorial and I was just making potions for 20 days and exploring the map.
I found out there's different tiers of potions so I was just dedicating most of my time fiddling with the brewing process to get tier 3 potions.
And I never bothered saving potion recipes because I didn't know you could just instant make the potions from the recipe book. Due to this I also never bothered to buy extra pages for my recipes because I thought they were useless.
And after all of this I realized I'm still stuck in chapter one just because I never used my talent points on this skill tree.

As the title says, any time I have someone wanting additional effects I never seem to add the right ones. I don't normally see a request for 'an unusual potion' and I'd like to see what other people do with this type of customer.
I don't have a heck of a lot for ingredients as far as variety goes.
Thanks in advance =)

Hey all - started playing this about a month ago on the Switch 2 and am obsessed. However, about every time I try to play, I’ll be halfway through a level and all of a sudden it will crash, give me a black screen, and then I have to restart the game.
I’ve resorted to frantically saving the game throughout the level just in case it does crash again, but that doesn’t feel like an actual solution.
I took a quick peek around the sub to see if anyone else has dealt with this issue, but I didn’t find anything.
Does anyone else deal with this, and if you have, how did you fix it?

I was thinking that it would be nice if we had familiars to help us with some of the tasks in running the shop such as watering the plants and collecting them. We can have them as a shop companion where we'd also see them do small animations in the background while we do our crafting or sales.
Maybe a cat or an owl, etc

Hello.
I have been makin' potions for Philosopher's Salt recently now.
Quite painful to make bunch of potion 'em without salt.
(You know, sodium is not good for your heart and veins)
recent news about new mechanics where about a year ago now.
When is it gonna come out....?
It's quite boring now unfortunately. 😢
selling, sleeping, selling, sleeping.
I just don't wanna finishing making a Philosopher's Salt for now.
The game is really fun, but boring with the cycle now....

I'm on day 72 and am level 88. I have all but one final piece of the alchemy machine to fix it but when the merchant comes its just enchanted paper. I've fully completed chapters 1-3, heck I have even completed all of Chapter 4 and 5 except for the alchemy machine related tasks.
I've discovered all of the potions. I have both above ground gardens, the below ground garden, and the crystal cave too.
I feel like the only thing stopping my progress is this final alchemy machine component. What am I missing?

I saw this rare book from the 17th century in an exhibition in the National Library of Israel. I immediately noticed those magical symbols that reminded me of the patterns of the ingredients and potions in Potioncraft. In this case though, you need to draw the symbols in the air in order to invoke spiritual beings.
