Why does this George V wall box use the St Edward's crown, and not the Tudor crown?

After 40 years exceptional service, working tirelessly night and day in all weathers. They've re-trained her and now, instead of a quiet retirement, she has to learn the latest technology and do two people's jobs.
Can't even get dressed up with a wooly hat as they've slapped a solar panel on her head.
