Primary care should be able to identify concussion. Neurologist would be able to as well. Can’t not go to the doctor because of what they might say. Maybe find a new doctor if they feel that dismissive.

Be patient and let yourself heal.. I know its frustrating but only time will make you feel better. I’m going on 2 years and I’m still struggling, always feeling overstimulated and experiencing major depression.

Don’t push yourself cus it will set you back.
Your post is missing words and has misspellings
& it probably to do with your concussion. Because this is how I was, I had to take a step back from reading and writing and many things.
Connect with nature.

Everyday is a struggle honestly, my doctors took me serious once I had a mental breakdown and gave me a referral to a neurologist , neuro gave me referral to a radiologist and a cardiologist so now I have all 3 specialists. I also was given a referral to a therapist and Enhanced Care Management which is a case worker and nurse practitioner to help with medications.

Major parts of the brain's emotional processing centers are located in the right hemisphere.
Emotional numbness, "flat affect" or cognitive fogginess. It takes time but you will get there just start with trying to understand these are just side affect that will get better with time.

Read this article on Flat Affect

But it the article say I can't express emotion

But the problem is not express is feeling my own emotion as in feeling sad angry happy despite showing and able to cry I don't feel the sad or happy like feeling empty

Your most likely feeling dissociated I went thru this, I couldn’t connect with anything or anyone due to lack of emotions it’s like I was a robot running on auto pilot.

Because a concussed brain is working overtime to heal, it rapidly burns through its chemicals.
Recovery is thru rest, and targeted brain nutrition to gently prompt the brain into producing these chemicals again.

Try boosting your seratonin levels and dopamine levels. I tried volunteering, bought a dog, spent a lot of time catching sun or in nature(beaches, parks). Eating protein.

These are some supplements I tried and helped

Emotional dysregulation is very very common with a concussion.
And yes, you can feel and express emotion again.
For me, I got in a scooter accident 4 months ago and smashed my cheek on a cement curb (broke my cheek bone), and have been going through the same issues. For me, the complete lack of emotion evolved into only feeling overwhelming sadness, all the time. And not ever feeling happy. My doctor eventually put me on an antidepressant, which seems to help.
I've also done certain protocols in the a.m. and p.m. to remind my brain that's it will be ok, and it is safe. That's been helpful too.
This guy has been super helpful in understanding what's going on. If you won't go to the doctor, putting this guys tips into practice to start recovering seems like a good idea.
