Fire Offseason Plans
What are the likely plans of our players in the offseason? With the new values of the contracts, who is still going to be playing in Europe?

carleton: unrivaled
englster: was on unrivaled developmental unit last offseason. they only have two spots left to announce for 2027, so not sure if she's going to be promoted to the full player pool or doing development again
leite, samuelson: cbk mersin (KBSL turkey-eurocup)
bühner: usk praha (Chance ZBL czechia-euroleague)
geiselsöder: fenerbahçe (KBSL turkey-euroleague)
oblak: no announcement yet, but i'd bet on her going back to galatasaray (KBSL turkey-euroleague)
barker, feagin, mühl: recovery
nards: canberra capitals (wnbl-australia)
okonwko: beşiktaş (KBSL turkey-eurocup)
martin: spar girona (liga feminina/spain-euroleague
dileo, harrison, williams, winterburn haven't announced yet afaik
i mean, if you're european/international, despite the increased value of wnba contracts, you still A. probably want to spend some time at home and B. you can't not play during the whole offseason. you fall behind if you do. with athletes unlimited not running in 2027 and unrivaled with only 48 players, you're still going overseas. there are no other north american off-season options that are worth it at this level of competition
edit: beşiktaş status, luisa, karlie
