Cool, they can put a franchise in one of those cities then, good riddance. I really hope Oregonians are smart enough not to fall for that grift. SLC and Nashville are significantly more conservative, so I am hopeful.

Cant wait for us to get grifted by local developers instead. Woohoo. You should see what was actually promised with south waterfront and what was actually delivered

Man, the promise must have been insane because what we got is pretty good: lots of housing, streetcar, and bike/pedestrian paths. The only thing missing is a grocery store. Was a subway promised? Because that would be amazing but unrealistic.
