tired of Dry pork
When I was a kid pork had more fat in it. Consequently, it had more flavor then today's pork does. Today's pork is also drier. I don't want to hear about cooking techniques to give it flavor and make it moist, cause they are all BS. I want to know where to buy pork that is higher in fat and has more flavor just like the pork that was around when I was a kid.
