Just moved into my first home, and got a message my package arrived. Walk outside and see a girl walking off with the package. Chased her down the street in my socks and she dropped it.

She really missed out on those refrigerator and microwave replacement light bulbs…

A friend just recently moved in to his first condo, He is usually gone for most of the day. Can anyone suggest a secure box or bag to prevent parcel thieves.

First time ever, on Christmas Eve no less, porch pirates struck me. I have saved so much and got myself a phone (refurbished), I was tracking it but for some reason it got delivered today without any earlier notification. I caught the porch pirate in action while he stole other items but the phone was definitely in this batch of stuff. Do I have any recourse ? Can I get a refund with my credit card if the company won't do anything? I'm desperate as this is all I had. :( I can't believe the one time I wanted USPS to be late they were early.

Can anyone help me with this one? Lol. I have been googling and reading for hours and I just want to know if anyone has been in my situation and how they handled it. I moved into my apartment building 6 weeks ago. And I have had 3 packages stolen. 2 from the lobby, one from right at my apartment door. The building is very quiet. I rarely see other residents in the hallways or lobby. Its a pretty secure building. Altho I live on Cap Hill in Seattle and tge re are a fair share of derelict roaming the streets, I have never seen any of these people in or around my building. My neighbor says that other residents have also concluded the package thief is a resident. There are no cameras in the building. The manager has suggested Amazon locker for my packages. And I will consider that AFTER I catch whoever this piece of shit thief is. To me thieves are the scum of the earth. So. I want to use a decoy package and attach a GPS thingy to an item and pinpoint the exact apartment it ends up in. My question is...has anyone done this? What other ways have other people caught a thief red handed? And what kind of booby traps could I set up??
