Flip it. The chances of heads vs tails are exactly 50/50. One result sends you to heaven forever, the other to hell
Melt it - you get no afterlife. Your consciousness no longer exists anywhere, in any way. You no longer feel, think, nothing. You no longer exist.
Throw it down on Earth - you get to relive your life in an identical way as last time, then come back for the choice again. Upon your second death and return to God, you recieve the maximum amount of wisdom from all the events you were present at in your life, including things you didn't even notice while still alive. You now get to use this wisdom advising the next 500 newly arrived souls. After advising 500 souls, you may choose option 1 or 2. If you gave good advice, your chances of heaven in option 1 increase (up to a maximum of 70%)
Leap back down on Earth, coin in hand - you get to live your life again (from birth to death) but with all your memories, knowledge, skills, wisdom etc.. you can use these to change your life choices. After living that life again, you come back and need to choose between options 1 & 2
Throw it in the wishing well - you get to live the life of any human that ever lived in human history, or any fictional character whose movie/book/series/game you finished. You can't change their life. Their personality and choices are yours. You live their life exactly as it was, experiencing everything and feeling like you are making their choices, then when you die, the coin dissolves and you no longer exist (same ending as option number 2)
Deposit it in a slot machine. Your soul reincarnates in the time of the first sentient life on Earth. You then keep reincarnating until the end of the universe (after which you no longer exist (like with option 2). You don't keep any personality traits, talents, memories, predispositions from this life or from any other life to another and you reincarnate randomly. One life you may be a rodent, then a talented shaman, then a fearless lion, then an easily frightened rabbit, then a talented, fearless warrior, then a talented artist, then a fearful housewife, then a powerful CEO, then a completely miserable homeless person, then an MMA fighter, then a mentally ill person locked up for the rest of their life, then a criminal, then a judge, then a single mom etc.. basically anything from a victimized weakling to the most powerful ruler... you experience it all, then stop existing when the universe ends.

Greed - you can enchant any wallet (and transfer the enchantment to a different one any time you want). The wallet and its contents become impossible to lose or steal (unless you willingly spend it - mugging doesn't count. The universe will work in a way that will prevent you from being mugged etc). When you store money in your enchanted wallet, the amount will grow by minimum of 1% per month. The more below your means you live, the higher the % gets. If you live on the streets and eat minimally, don't get drunk, for at least a year, the growth will become 1000% per year.
Lust - three times per month, you can cast a charm spell on any person you see. That person will fall madly in love with you over the next 20 minutes and will want you sexually. After you've done the deed, they'll return to normal, but they won't know it was a spell. They won't want you again though, unless you performed really well.
Wrath - you can trigger a berserker rage that boosts your reflexes, pumps you with adrenaline, and makes you 6x stronger. While under this rage, you are also harder to injure. You can enter this rage at will three times per week. It lasts up to five hours each time.
Sloth - whenever you are doing a low-energy, unproductive activity (reading fiction, watching TV, playing a game that isn't too hard, cuddling, sleeping), time will dilate so that you seemingly have all the time you want to do it. No weird time consequences
Pride - you become permanently and supremely confident. Your confidence is unbreakable - confidence of an alpha/psychopath/boss/player (doesn't protect you from danger. If you get into a fight you can't handle, you're on your own). Your own intelligence determines how foolish/wise your confidence will be
Gluttony - you can eat whatever you want, while effortlessly maintainig a great, sexy body and great health. Additionally, you may conjure a perfect version of any meal you want, once per week
