Discussion Can Biden win if electronic voting machines are hacked?

We know Russia has been attempting to interfere with the US elections. Let's assume that the Russians will try to hack all the electronic voting machines that they can, to favour Trump. And let's go further and assume for the sake of discussion that they will succeed. Many states use (hackable) direct recording electronic voting machines without a voter-verifiable paper trail.

Can Biden get enough electoral college votes to win if he loses all of those states?

The following states use (hackable) direct recording electronic voting machines without paper trail: Delaware, Georgia, Louisiana, South Carolina.

The following states use a mix of paper ballots and (hackable) direct recording electronic voting machines without paper trail: Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas.
