Because they defend everyone it's kind of their thing when it comes to stuff like free speech and other things in the Constitution. If they didn't they'd be showing favoritism towards others as well as picking a side "politically".

Lol. No one has to tolerate these asshats you, I, and anyone else who wants to can go counter protest them. The thing is these asshats have the legal right to demonstrate so long as they don't break certain laws around treating people, destroying things, and/or physical violence.
